You are invited to join The Mountain Dulcimer Association of Huntsville, a non-profit organization established in 1977. The Mountain Dulcimer Association is established for the primary objective of providing a pleasurable activity for persons interested in playing, building and/or listening to the mountain dulcimer.
Association dues are $5.00 per year per family to cover the cost of our monthly newsletter and other miscellaneous expenses. Our membership year runs from September through August each year. Association dues are $2.50 per family for a half-year for anyone joining for the first time after February.
The MDA meets the 4th Saturday of each month at Hope Presbyterian Church, 10001 Bailey Cove Road, Huntsville, AL 35803. Meeting starts at 2:00 PM with instructional classes and jamming, then a short business meeting at 3:00 PM followed by more jamming. There is no meeting during November and December, but we usually get together for a dinner in early December.
